Gearbox Exchange at Snowtown Wind Farm.

MAX provides all WTG maintenance at the Snowtown Wind Farm in South Australia. These photos are of a gearbox exchange utilising our Liebherr 400t and 70t crane.

The Snowtown wind farm is a located on the Barunga and Hummocks ranges west of Snowtown in the Mid North of South Australia. It is owned by Tilt Renewables.

The first stage of 47 turbines was completed in 2008 and further 90 turbines became operational in 2014.
