Part-Time Payroll Administrator (Port Augusta)
Max Services is a fast-growing privately owned crane, specialist transport, and equipment hire company, servicing customers in market segments including mining and resources, oil and gas, wind power, utilities, transport, industrial, and construction.
We have depots in Port Augusta, Adelaide, Port Pirie, Whyalla and Moomba.
Position overview:
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes, enterprise agreements, and relevant laws. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage payroll operations accurately and efficiently.
Key responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise agreements and legal requirements.
- Maintain and update payroll records and systems.
- Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Payroll Administrator or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of payroll processes, enterprise agreements, and relevant laws.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Crane Technician / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic (Residential or FIFO)
Residential (Mildura Based) or FIFO ex Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane

We are a regionally based, country family business with 5 locations in the beautiful “Upper Spencer Gulf” region of South Australia, with 1 Business operating in Adelaide and our Oil & Gas operation in the Cooper Basin oil & gas fields.
The Role: We are looking for a technician to carry out service & repairs to mobile plant & equipment including mobile cranes, trucks, EWP’s & light vehicles. This role is based from our Mildura office but will require regular travel across all of ours and our customers sites.

Crane Operator (CO) – (Adelaide)

We have one of the largest fleets of mobile cranes operating in South Australia and we proudly boast a team of highly skilled trained operators, inhouse crane specialists, technicians and mechanics. We are currently seeking Crane Operators to support work across our fleet. This position will be based at of our Adelaide Depot.
About you:
You will be an (min 5 years) experienced Crane Operator and preferably hold Rigging and Dogging qualifications. Experience working in remote locations and on mine sites will be advantageous. You will have the following qualifications and/or experience:
- CO licence – 5 years
- RB, RI or RA Ticket
- Working at Heights
- HR Licence – minimum
- HC Licence – preferable
- White card
You will have an excellent safety attitude and record, a proven track record as a reliable employee with a “can do” attitude and the ability to work in a team environment.
