Rotor & Drivetrain Lift, Hallett Wind Farm
Description
MAX Services heavy lift team conducted a rotor lift and drive train lift to undertake a main bearing replacement at Hallett Wind Farm.
The successful drivetrain lift was the first for an S88 turbine which pleased the client.
Our 500t Terex AC500-2 all terrain mobile crane was used to lift and remove the gearbox and rotors with support from a 130t Tadano ATF130G-5.
