Transporting Liebherr R9350 Excavator

MAX Services new Scania prime mover with TRT 8-row platform trailer was used to transport a 94t Liebherr R9350 excavator superstructure.

This was a 900 km trip from Kanmantoo mine site in the Adelaide Hills to Prominent Hill mine site in the SA outback.

MAX provided the client with an end-to-end solution which involved cranes to disassemble the excavator, transport of the components and cranes for reassembly at Prominent Hill.
