Apron Feeder Installation, Onesteel Whyalla Port Expansion

Max Services assisted Kermans Contracting with the installation of a 98t, 20m long Apron Feeder at the Onesteel Whyalla Port expansion.

The 250t Liebherr All Terrain Crane was rigged with 85 tonnes of counterweight and 31.1m of main boom for a capacity 66.9 tonnes at 11.5 metre maximum lift radius.

The 200t Sumitomo Crawler Crane was rigged with 45.7m of lattice boom and 86.3t of counterweight for a capacity of 66.6 tonne.

Max Services completed the detailed lift plan and supervised the lift.
