Main Shaft Exchange, Prominent Hill.

MAX was engaged to complete an 80 tonne main shaft exchange of the Gyratory Crusher during a planned crusher shutdown at the Prominent Hill Mine Site.

MAX engaged external engineers to undertake a geotechnical assessment to ensure that the crane was positioned safely.

Comprehensive inspections were undertaken to complete detailed Cad Lift Plans to ensure that the risk to the client’s operations was minimised.

A detailed project timeline was developed to ensure all stakeholders worked together.
